Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase and renew automatically every 30 days. You will receive a PayPal receipt for each payment.

6. Intellectual Property

ARK ReelCut, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ARK. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
7. Acceptable Use

11. Termination
- By You: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon 30 days' notice for any reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days following termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
